KITES India organized ‘Treck for a cause’ in association with XIME (SUPA) Kochi on January 24 and 25 2023, as part of the future Project. The team of volunteers and SUPA campers had discussions with the local community and the officials of Chimmini Wildlife Sanctuary. The vast team of volunteers cleared up more than 10 bags of plastic bottles and plastic waste from the area. Many of the tourists throw away plastic bottles, food waste, and plastic covers creating an utter menace around this tourist destination.

Kites would like to thank the authority of Chimmini Wildlife Sanctuary for this wonderful opportunity. Kites India's CSR &partnership associate Ms.Deepa Prabha, ‘The Future Project’ coordinators, Varghese Paulson, Fabil Abdulla Kutty, Aiswarya, and Akash K B took part in the transect walk. More than 40 Volunteers from XIME joined the trek for a cause. We are hoping to bring more initiatives as a part of The Future Project and hope to act on making a sustainable impact in society.
